Comparing to React inline CSS, I found not only css classname that needed, but css properties in class referenced too. So the final solution is taking advantage of css coding, and easy to be referenced of classnames, properties, etc.

@karfield Can you give me a short usage example and isn't that what { loader: 'css-loader/locals', options: {} } does? In any case please close and reopen the PR to trigger the CLA Bot again and rebase against current master please 😛 Also test are currently missing
